Now that Roe v. Wade has been reversed, a few other federal laws need to be reversed.
First, since personhood is recognized in utero, federal taxes should be changed to recognize this dependent. Every zygote, embryo and fetus is eligible for a Social Security card, included in federal tax filing, and child tax exempt.
Let us go one step further to declare that personhood, in utero or not, is entitled to all federal benefits. In addition, all states that ban or severely restrict abortions, therefore recognizing personhood, should offer dependent status for tax, food stamps, housing, child support, medical and any state benefits entitled to all.
Also, the phrase mother- or father-to-be should be eliminated because mother and father is the reality of personhood.
