The two-story Hawaiian building is constructed with glass and steel and full of windows. In fact, the main bedrooms all have corner windows to let in a lot of light. This design provides light and ventilation throughout the design.

Meanwhile, multiple skylights let more light in overhead. The walls are made with concrete and cypress. On the other hand, vertical wood louvers create separation between spaces and act as filters to protect the inside space from too much sunlight, minimizing heat throughout the space.

Additionally, the building envelope is highly efficient, preventing heat gain that can drive up the cost of electricity. Meanwhile, the roof has solar panels that absorb energy to help reduce electric bill costs. The design minimizes the cost of energy and uses sustainable, renewable energy.
Moreover, Maui pretty much is all the things you imagine when you dream of an island paradise. This home is a gorgeous example of what that looks like. The architecture and design of this building fits in with other properties throughout the area and honors the natural word that’s all around. This home was designed to fit into the natural world, not take away from it.
Inside, the home is full of wood tones and bright white furnishings. There’s a big couch to lounge on, a huge tub to soak in, gorgeous dual bathroom sinks, all the features you look for in a family home and all the features you look for in a luxury resort. It’s a private getaway that’s designed to live seamlessly within the environment, providing luxury living that’s efficient, comfortable and full of beauty.
