SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Many in KELOLAND are starting with temperatures in the single digits.  Throw in a little wind, and wind chills are in the minus single digits to minus teens. 

Light snow showers and flurries are also showing up. While you can see light accumulations in Miller, be prepared for some slick spots here and there.

Temperatures will remain cold today with highs in the teens and 20s in central and eastern KELOLAND.  Expect periods of light snow showers and flurries in central and eastern KELOLAND. Western South Dakota will warm to the 30s.

Dry and cold again tonight with lows falling to the single digits above and below zero.

Expect thicker clouds tomorrow along with periods of flurries and snow showers.  Highs will once again reach the teens and 20s in eastern KELOLAND while western South Dakota warms to the 30s and 40s.

Flurries and light snow showers will continue Sunday night into Monday morning.  While accumulations will stay light, an inch or two of fluffy snow may greet you Monday morning in parts of eastern KELOLAND.

Eastern South Dakota will slowly warm as we go through the work week with a slight chance for light snow on Thursday along with colder air.
