SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Shortly before 10 a.m. on March 29th, two vehicles were seen at the Skyline Drive Stonewall Overlook performing burnouts in the parking lot, Rapid City police said in a news release.
An officer was dispatched to the area, Video covering the area led officers to issue citations to both drivers. The silver Honda was also towed due to no proof of insurance.
