RAPID CITY, SD (KELO)- Rapid City Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing girl. The department says 13-year-old Wankinyan Oliver was last seen being dropped off at South Middle School Monday morning. She has shoulder-length black and purple hair and was wearing a grey hoodie, black plants, black and white shoes, and was possibly carrying a black backpack.
