Futurecast shows lots of 50s across the region with mostly sunny skies today. After a cool start tomorrow morning, temperatures will rebound back into the upper 50s in most areas tomorrow. Cooler weather is likely on Saturday along with rain chances.
The need for rain is still high. While the numbers have improved, we are still running 30-day deficits across much of KELOLAND.
You can see the track of the next 2 weather systems on the animation below. The first system for Saturday will come our way from the southwest. Even though this system will be weakening as it heads toward KELOLAND, we do expect good chances of showers. Rain chances will wrap-up early Sunday, followed by more 50s early next week. That second system should arrive by Wednesday with more rain chances to follow.
Temperatures will stay above normal on average across KELOLAND. We don’t see any real cold air in the upcoming forecast.
