ABERDEEN, S.D. (KELO) — Officers responded to a possible drowning incident at Wiley Park Thursday evening.
According to the Aberdeen SD Police Department, at 5:38 p.m., an off-duty Aberdeen police officer was at the park with his family and immediately began searching for the victim. Additional first responders arrived and assisted.
A 20-year-old woman was pulled from the water and transported by ambulance to Avera St. Luke’s Hospital.
There is no information about her condition at this time.
