On July 5th, 2024 Mobridge Dispatch was notified of a vehicle accident by Thomas Bay. The four door Polaris ranger was headed Westbound on Thomas Bay Road. The Polaris Ranger left the roadway causing vehicle to roll land landing on its side. There where four passengers of the vehicle; 15 year old male from Aberdeen, SD; 14 year old male from Selby, SD;15 year old female from Fargo, ND; 15 year old female from Fargo, ND. The passengers did receive injuries from the incident and is currently under investigation at this time. The following agencies responded to the scene: Walworth County Sheriff’s Office, South Dakota Game Fish and Parks, Glenham Fire, Mobridge Fire, Selby Fire, Selby Ambulance and Mobridge Ambulance.
