SIOUX FALLS S.D. (KELO) — KELOLAND News is in Madison Saturday for Dakota State University’s commencement ceremony.
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is set to receive an honorary degree from the school and give a speech.
Noem’s appearance was met with rally goers and a large law enforcement presence.
