This Roxborough staple is known for its potato cheddar pierogi and Philly cheesesteak pierogi, but the menu features a wide variety of pierogi fillings. Owner Marie Thorpe says newer flavors like a pierogi stuffed with Old Bay, sharp cheddar cheese, and whipped with fluffy potato is becoming popular. Hot sandwiches are also crowd-pleasers, including the bestselling PK Stacker, a sandwich with potato cheddar pierogi, grilled smoked kielbasa, caramelized sauerkraut, onion, and spicy mustard on top of grilled rye bread.
