Things are going to look a lot different for the Tennessee Titans at the running back position in 2024 after the team did not retain Derrick Henry, who left for the Baltimore Ravens in free agency.

The Titans will be returning 2023 third-round pick, Tyjae Spears, but will be replacing Henry with free-agent acquisition, Tony Pollard. In addition, the days of one back dominating touches figures to be over, as the Titans are likely to deploy a timeshare between their backs.

In Spears and Pollard, the Titans have two explosive backs that can impact the game both as rushers and receivers, which will help avoid telegraphing what they’re going to do, which was a problem in the past.

Ahead of their first season together, we’re taking a look at the overall Pro Football Focus grades Spears and Pollard had last season, along with what the other projected starting running backs did in that department.
