INDIANAPOLIS — A person was shot on the near northeast side of Indianapolis Saturday night.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers were called to the 2300 block of North Arsenal Avenue around 10:30 p.m. on a report of a person shot. When police arrived at the scene, they located a victim with injuries consistent with gunshot wounds.
IMPD reported that the victim was “awake and breathing” when they found them.
