INDIANAPOLIS — Officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department are investigating a shooting that took place on the near north side Sunday morning.
IMPD said that officers were called to a residence on Boulevard Pl around 7:52 a.m. Upon arrival, they located a victim with injuries consistent of at least one gunshot wound. The victim was then transported to an area hospital, where they were pronounced deceased.
A suspect has not been named at this time. FOX59/CBS4 will update this story once more information is made available.
