INDIANAPOLIS — Just before 2:15 p.m. Sunday, IMPD was dispatched to the area of East 34th Street and Forest Manor Avenue on report of a person shot.
When officers arrived, they located a victim with gunshot wound(s). The victim is said to be in critical condition.
