NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — Police arrested a fire captain for the Noblesville Fire Department on a preliminary charge of domestic battery Saturday morning.
According to Noblesville Fire Department, the Lapel Police Department arrested 55-year-old Brett Etherington early Saturday morning. Booking details indicate Etherington is charged with domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury, which is a Level 6 Felony in Indiana.
NFD said that Etherington has been placed on administrative leave pending further investigation. He will remain on leave until further notice.
