“Nature is special beyond words. It allows us to become more inspired, more present, more conscious, more human,” said Nadia Svensson, Adidas Senior Product Director. “This collaboration celebrates nature through beautiful photographs — abstract colorful ecosystems told from above — revealing incredible stories about the Earth. It is born from, and built for, exploration of the natural world around us.”

Exploration and photography have always gone hand-in-hand, as evidenced by National Geographic’s longevity. Designers for Adidas looked through the National Geographic photography archives for inspiration and integrated what they found into this new collection. All the pieces in this collection have the iconic icon associated with NatGeo. Look for that pop of yellow, and you know you’re shopping for the right clothes. Different natural sites were used to inspire pieces, including locales from Utah to Norway.
There are 16 pieces in the collection in all, including items designed for male, female, children and gender-neutral wearers. All pieces are made for multi-terrain environments and for that distinctive Adidas look. These clothes are made for all seasons, all weather, all locations. Wherever you want to go to explore nature, the items from this collection are ready to take you there.
Durable, stylish and ready to perform in all conditions, these clothes and the campaign around them encourage people to get outdoors, to go explore and discover natural wonders. Humans have spent too many decades drifting away from nature, ignoring the essential connection between humankind and the natural world. It’s time to be reminded again.
