On Friday, the union for Border Patrol agents, the National Border Patrol Council, endorsed Representative Juan Ciscomani for re-election in Arizona’s 6th Congressional District.
The National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) says the endorsement “underscores Rep. Ciscomani’s unwavering commitment to addressing the border crisis and enhancing the safety and security of all Arizonans.”
During an event in Tucson, National Border Patrol Council members touted Ciscomani’s efforts “in providing the Border Patrol with the necessary tools and resources to effectively manage and secure the border.”
“Juan Ciscomani understands the challenges we face on the frontline every day,” said Hector Andujo, NBPC Chapter President. “He has fought tirelessly to ensure that we have the support needed to combat the ongoing crisis at our borders.”
“With Juan in Congress, we have a fierce advocate who prioritizes the well-being of our agents and the safety of our communities,” stated Art Del Cueto, Vice President of the National Border Patrol Council. “His commitment to bolstering our resources and reinforcing our efforts at the border is crucial to restoring our national security.”
“It is an honor to stand with the men and women who protect our borders,” said Ciscomani. “Their safety and the security of every Arizonan are my top priorities. We will continue to push for robust border policies that address the real challenges of our immigration system while ensuring our communities thrive.”
