The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 33-year-old man from Alsip was arrested on charges of burglary, retail theft and obstructing identification at 5:19 p.m. Sept. 1 in the 1900 block of West Jefferson Avenue.
- A 36-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a warrant and a charge of retail theft at 5:32 p.m. Sept. 1 in the 1900 block of West Jefferson Avenue.
- A 36-year-old man from Woodridge was arrested on charges of burglary, retail theft and possession of a controlled substance at 5:32 p.m. Sept. 1 in the 1900 block of West Jefferson Avenue.
- A 21-year-old man from Yorkville was arrested on a charge of battery at 8:57 p.m. Sept. 1 at Jackson Avenue and South Eagle Street.
- A 21-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and resisting a peace officer at 8:57 p.m. Sept. 1 at Jackson Avenue and South Eagle Street.
- A 42-year-old man from Westmont was arrested on charges of violating a bail bond, disorderly conduct and harassment by telephone at 10:58 p.m. Sept. 1 in the 500 block of North Cass Avenue in Westmont.
- A 31-year-old man from Orland Park was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery to a nurse at 3:19 p.m. Sept. 2 in the 800 block of South Washington Street.
- A 27-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 11:37 p.m. Sept. 2 at North Aurora Road and Raymond Drive.
- A 27-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on a warrant at 1:45 a.m. Sept. 3 in the 2200 block of Aurora Avenue.
- A 29-year-old man from Joliet was arrested on charges of disobeying a traffic control signal, failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of drugs-cannabis at 7:43 a.m. Sept. 3 at 111th Street and South Route 59.
- A 68-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on charges of failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions, failure to notify police of an accident, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without insurance at 5:24 p.m. Sept. 3 in the 2900 block of Rutland Circle.
