A motorcyclist was killed today in a crash in the west valley, according to Metro Police.
The wreck, which involved another vehicle, was reported about 12:20 p.m. at Town Center Drive and Garden Mist Drive, police said.
The motorcyclist, who was not immediately identified, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Town Center Drive will be closed in the area until a preliminary investigation is completed, police said.
No additional details were released.
