INDIANAPOLIS – Police are investigating after a motorcyclist was critically injured in a hit-and-run crash on Indy’s west side Sunday morning.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, just before 2 a.m., officers responded to the 2600 block of Lynhurst Drive on the report of a person struck.
When officers arrived, they located an adult male in the intersection. He was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
Police said the man was riding a mini motorcycle when we was hit by a white SUV. The SUV fled the scene, police say.
