Four men have been indicted for an attack on former Arizona Coyotes player Paul Bissonnette last November.
A grand jury indicted Henry Mesker, Danny Bradley, Sean Daley, and John Carroll on the following:
- Aggravated Assault, a Class Six Felony, and
- Disorderly Conduct, a Class One Misdemeanor.
According to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, on November 24, 2024, Bissonnette was waiting for his food order at a Scottsdale restaurant. He noticed Mesker, Bradley, Daley, and Carroll acting aggressively towards the restaurant manager. When Bissonnette intervened, the defendants became violent and began attacking him. The group followed him out of the restaurant and into a parking lot, where the attack continued until Bissonnette was able to get away.
Trial is tentatively set for this summer.
