A 32-year-old man was left in serious condition after he was stabbed overnight on a CTA train in the Loop neighborhood, Chicago police said.
About 4:30 a.m. Friday, the victim was on an Orange Line train in the 200 block of West Madison Street when two male suspects pulled out a cutting instrument and stabbed him in the left side, police said.
The two suspects exited the train at the Washington/ Wells stop where the victim was taken in serious condition to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, police said.
No one was in custody, and detectives were investigating.
