SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Sioux Falls Police said a man has died as a result of injuries from a Friday crash on East 26th Street.
Police said on social media the man was driving a pickup east on East 26th Street near Village Square Circle at about 12:25 p.m. when the pickup crossed the westbound lanes of traffic and struck a light pole and tree.
He was transported to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Police said around 2 p.m. that westbound lanes of East 26th Street near Bahnson Avenue were closed to investigate the crash.
Police are investigating to learn the man’s identity and the cause of the crash.
