SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The South Dakota Attorney General’s Office says a Sioux Falls man is pleading guilty to stealing money for a police organization in Lincoln County.
39-year-old Matthew Wilson pleaded guilty to Grand Theft on Tuesday.
A sentencing date is set for March 25th.
He faces up to 5 years behind bars and a 10-thousand dollar fine.
Authorities say the theft happened between July and September of last year.
The value of the property is between $2,500 and $5,000.
