A man has been arrested after police say he shot a woman in the face.It started early Sunday morning on Washington Avenue in Cheviot where officers were responding to a report of shots fired.They didn’t find anything there, but a short time later, police found a victim on Fairmont Avenue. The victim, a woman, had been shot in the face but survived.Investigators connected the two incidents and arrested Anthony Toombs.Toons faces multiple charges, including attempted murder, kidnapping, domestic violence, weapons under disability.He was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.
