A magnitude-3.6 earthquake rattled the area near the Grapevine on Monday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The shaking was reported at around 12:09 p.m. with a depth of four miles.
Grapevine is an unincorporated community in Kern County.
Residents in Los Angeles, Bakersfield and Ventura reported having felt the shaking.
