LAFAYETTE, Ind. — The Lafayette Police Department, alongside the Tippecanoe County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit, arrested a 17-year-old male on Thursday in connection with multiple gun-related offenses.
According to LPD, the juvenile has been arrested on the following charges:
- Recklessness with a firearm
- Dangerous possession of a firearm
- Possession of a stolen firearm
LPD added that the recovery of stolen firearms in the case enhanced their evidence against the suspect. A name and mugshot for the suspect were not provided.
