The Slow&Low: Chicago Lowrider Festival is coming back Navy Pier on Oct. 12, according to an announcement Wednesday, an event that will be a finale to Hispanic Heritage Month.

The centerpiece will be some 250 highly customized lowrider cars in Festival Hall, along with bicycles and motorcycles. Slow&Low, established in 2011, is the largest gathering of lowrider culture in Chicago, according to the announcement, with more than 60 car, bicycle, and motorcycle clubs represented. Along with the cars, expect DJs, live music, folkloric dancers and other presentations.

Slow&Low will be 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Oct. 12 at Navy Pier, 600 E. Grand Ave.; tickets are $15-$52 at at www.navypier.org
