Louisiana’s state police superintendent was recently stopped for a traffic violation, and the traffic stop was caught on trooper body camera footage. The video shows Col. Lamar A. Davis on June 28 for a traffic violation on Interstate 10. State police said the trooper used his discretion and did not issue a citation. In the video, the trooper can be heard pulling over Davis and saying, “Well I’ll be!”The body camera footage shows the trooper and Davis speaking briefly before shaking hands and walking away.
