SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – A popular Mexican restaurant located near the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center will be closing.
Longtime Mexican food restaurant Casa del Rey announced on social media it will be closing, sharing a media story saying “Thank you everyone from the bottom of our heart.”
Earlier this month, the restaurant announced temporary hours for staffing issues, closing on Mondays and only opening 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
In 2016, KELOLAND News highlighted Casa del Rey’s business boom during the basketball tournaments in March.
