An 8-year-old leukemia survivor is making a difference in Kansas City, Missouri.

Elaina could have asked for anything through the Make-a-Wish Foundation, but her wish was to help others.

Elaina spent Wednesday giving back to 15 charities by dropping off a variety of items.

“I just wanted to help others in that moment,” Elaina said. “I love that they’re like, grateful and I just love them.”
