SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Lennox man injured in a crash that happened on September 19 in McCook County has died.
The Department of Public Safety says an SUV was traveling westbound on SD Highway 42 near the intersection of 451st Avenue. The driver of a pickup truck was traveling southbound on 451st Avenue and stopped at a stop sign at the intersection with SD 42. When entering the intersection, the vehicles collided.
The driver of the pickup truck, a 61-year-old man, sustained life-threatening injuries in the crash and died from those injuries on October 1.
The South Dakota Highway Patrol continues to investigate the crash.
