Marcio Lassiter surpassed Allan Caidic for second on the all-time career three-pointers list to highlight San Miguel Beer’s 119-114 win over NLEX in Group B of the PBA Governors’ Cup Wednesday at Ninoy Aquino Stadium.
Lassiter nailed his 1,243rd triple with 6:50 left in the fourth quarter, his fourth in the contest which saw the Beermen avenging their first-round defeat at the hands of the Road Warriors in Cagayan de Oro City last Aug. 31.

Robert Bolick finished with 24 points and a career-best 15 assists, though not enough to give the Road Warriors another win over the Beermen.
Myke Henry added 17 points, six rebounds and six assists in perhaps his last game as NLEX import as his supposed replacement Dequan Jones was seen watching the contest.
NLEX also played while waiting for the league’s approval on its proposed acquisition of Javee Mocon from Phoenix in exchange for Ato Ular and a future second round draft pick.
