MADISON, Wisc. — On Friday, Brittany Kinser, candidate for DPI Superintendent, released the following statement after Governor Tony Evers announced his decision to veto 2025 Assembly Bill 1, legislation that would restore high standards throughout Wisconsin schools.
“The decision to restore high standards now rests in the hands of Wisconsin voters. If elected to be the next DPI Superintendent, I will restore high standards on Day One. Our kids can’t wait and they deserve so much better.”
