INDIANAPOLIS – Indiana State Police is investigating after two victims with gunshot wounds arrived at a local hospital early Thursday morning.
According to a release by IMPD, around 1:45 a.m. officers responded to Community East Hospital for a report of a person shot.
When officers arrived they located two victims with gunshot wounds. IMPD did not give a condition on the victims, but discovered that the location of the shooting occurred on the interstate.
ISP was notified and has taken over the investigation.
Fox59/CBS4 has reached out to ISP for more information, but were told that investigators were still talking to the victims.
