SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — There’s another new restaurant open in the newest development of Sioux Falls.
Ironwood Steakhouse opened Tuesday in the Steel District downtown. The two-story restaurant can sit 129 people inside and 28 on the riverfront patio. This is the third restaurant to open in the Steel District.
“Sioux Falls, for years, has punched above its weight and this is just another example for a bigger footprint of our downtown area. And to have these restaurants, on-site for the Steel District, for guests in town, at the hotel, conferences, residents of downtown, just the growth is unbelievable,” Jeff Griffin, President of the Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce, said.
A ribbon cutting was held this afternoon to celebrate the opening of not only Ironwood but also Dahilia Kitchen and Bar as well as the Big Sioux Burger. Those two restaurants opened last month.
