INDIANAPOLIS – An investigation is underway after a person was found dead on the near west side of Indianapolis.
Indianapolis Metropolitan police were dispatched to Kirkbride Way and North Tibbs Avenue around 1 a.m. Monday in reference to a person down.
According to the IMPD incident report, officers found a male at the location suffering from “injuries consistent with trauma.” The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
IMPD homicide detectives are investigating.
