ELKHART, Ind. — Indiana State Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 61-year-old from Elkhart.
According to a press release, Patrick Arthur Dowllar was last seen at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday. State police described Dowllar as a 5-foot-5, 150-pound, brown-haired, brown-eyed man.
Officials believe Dowllar may be in extreme danger and in need of medical assistance.
ISP is encouraging those with information on Dowllar’s whereabouts to call the Elkhart Police Department at (574) 295-7070 or dial 911.
