RICHMOND, Ind. — Indiana State Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 24-year-old.
Per ISP, Ladaya Plashae Carpenter is missing from Richmond and was last seen on Wednesday at 3 p.m. She was wearing a white rag on her head, a pink shirt and black shorts at the time of her disappearance.
Police describe Carpenter as a 5-foot-5, 140-pound, black-haired, brown-eyed woman. ISP indicated Carpenter may be in extreme danger and in need of medical assistance.
Law enforcement is encouraging those with information on Carpenter’s whereabouts to call 911 or contact the Richmond Police Department at (765) 983-7247.
