INDIANAPOLIS — A north side man disappeared on July 23. According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, he still has not been found two weeks later.
Per IMPD, Keno Moore is a 42-year-old Black male that has been missing since late July. He is 5’9″, 155 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
Police said Moore left his apartment on foot. He has been diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury, substance abuse, depression, anxiety and insomnia. IMPD also noted Moore walks with a limp, due to nerve damage to his left lower leg.
IMPD stated Moore is believed to be in the area of 38th St and Illinois St, on the near north side. When he is located, officers urged citizens to assess his mental and physical conditions, and to contact IMPD’s Missing Person Unit at (317) 327-6160.
