INDIANAPOLIS — Police launched a death investigation on the far east side of Indianapolis Tuesday evening.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Golf Stream drive for a death investigation. One of the Indianapolis Fire Department’s water rescue teams were also sent to the scene.
Grassy Creek and a few retention ponds are located near the 2000 block of Golf Stream Drive. IMPD has not explicitly confirmed whether or not the bodies of water have anything to do with their death investigation.
