INDIANAPOLIS — A Carmel woman was charged after reportedly driving under the influence and causing serious bodily injury in a car crash on Sunday.
Jessica Lauren Griffin, 36, was charged with:
- DUI- Catastrophic Injury- ACE OF of .08 or more, Level 4 Felony
- DUI – Catastrophic Injury – ACE of .08 or more, Level 5 Felony
- DUI- Endanger Person (2 counts)
Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched the 6900 block of S Tibbs Ave on Sunday at 7:28 p.m. on report of a two-vehicle crash.
According to IMPD, three adults were transported to an area hospital for treatment. They are reported to be in stable condition. An additional juvenile passenger was transported to Riley hospital, in an unknown condition.
