INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis metro police are on the scene of a fatal crash on the city’s east side Saturday night.
Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched around 8:25 p.m. to the 5700 block of E. 34th Street in response to reports of a possible fatal accident. IMPD said officers arrived on the scene and confirmed that at least one person was dead.
IMPD’s fatal crash investigation team is also responding to assist. No other information was immediately available.
