She counts the brand’s cleanser as one of her favorite products. It’s gentle and sulfate-free and contains ingredients like silk amino acids, vitamin C, green and white tea extract, and astaxanthin (a powerful antioxidant). It’s formulated for all skin types, including dry skin, as it cleanses without stripping moisture away.
Gerber is also a fan of the brand’s best-selling product, which is basically a moisturizer-serum hybrid. It contains peptides to plump the skin, seven brightening ingredients to do away with dullness and discoloration, and nine antioxidants to fight free radicals.
Next is this oil, which contains bakuchiol, the ingredient known for being a natural alternative to retinol. It also has 11 plant oils, including organic rosehip, sea buckthorn, black cumin, pumpkin-seed, and pomegranate oils. Together, they firm, smooth, and moisturize the skin.
The final product in Gerber’s lineup is this night cream that’s formulated with skin-smoothing peptides and retinal—not retinol. The former is a gentle vitamin A ingredient that’s touted as being safe for sensitive skin. There’s also argan oil, cranberry-seed oil, and Indian ginseng extract to moisturize and reduce signs of aging.
One of her favorite products is the brand’s vitamin C serum. It’s unique in that it’s a waterless formula, which the brand claims makes vitamin C all the more potent, delivering brightening effects and antioxidant protection. If Jones’s smooth, bright, and glowing complexion is any indication, it works.
Jones has also shared her love for this overnight sleeping mask. With a blend of exfoliating acids (including glycolic, lactic, and salicylic), plus antioxidants and a retinoid complex, it promises to smooth and brighten the skin in just three uses.
I have one word for this cleanser: dreamy. The silky, peach-colored formula transforms into a light lather. It effectively removes sunscreen and excess oil without stripping my skin. (I can’t stand it when cleansers just add to my dehydration and redness.) It’s even gentle enough for me to use both morning and night, which is a big deal, as some other formulas are too harsh for my skin to handle twice a day.
This is my favorite product out of all of them I tried, and I don’t say that lightly. I love the peptide- and antioxidant-rich formula. I like knowing it’s defending my skin from free radicals throughout the day and acting as a sort of “reset” for my skin at night. (Yes, I use it both morning and night after cleansing.)
As for the texture, it’s silky and lightweight. It doesn’t pill or leave an uncomfortable waxy feeling behind like some other daily moisturizers. It’s so good, and I’m completely hooked on it.
When I first tried this oil, I was surprised to see how glowy it made my skin look. In fact, the first night I applied it, my sister complimented my skin and asked why it looked so good. I think it’s due, in part, to the slight orange tint of the oil, which instantly made my complexion look healthy and sunkissed. I’m sure the bakuchiol and blend of 11 plant oils didn’t hurt either.
Okay, here’s a product that I stumbled across on my own. In other words, it didn’t come my way via celebrity recommendation. It’s a moisturizer that contains ultra-soothing and skin barrier–supporting ingredients like oat protein, ceramides, panthenol, squalane, and black cumin oil.
I used it after an exfoliating mask, and my redness all but disappeared overnight. I’m not kidding. This will be a product I keep in my collection to use whenever my skin is feeling compromised and stressed or when I go a little overboard with exfoliation.
