SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Just like Wednesday, much of KELOLAND had sunshine, warm air, and strong wind again today. But, scattered rain is trying to make its way into KELOLAND. Unfortunately, it will fight dry air. Here’s a look at who has the best chance for rain and why.

This is a look at the humidity in KELOLAND. As the humidity increases in western South Dakota this evening and tonight, so will the rain chance.

The chance for rain shifts into central and northeast KELOLAND as we go through the day tomorrow. Notice the drier air in southeast South Dakota, don’t expect any chance until after sunset. That’s when the humidity will start to increase.

Snow is not out of the question for the higher elevations of the Hills. Feel free to check the LiveCams in western KELOLAND online Friday morning, as I expect to see snow for Deadwood and Terry Peak.
