“We are excited to share with our passionate Twins fans that an agreement has been reached with Major League Baseball to carry this season’s games on MidcoTV,” Midco President and Chief Operating Officer Ben Dold said in a news release. “At Midco, we know how important MLB is to our video customers and we are excited to provide this content they love.”

The MidcoTV agreement was announced on Thursday, March 27. The Minnesota Twins first regular season game is set for 3:15 p.m. CT on Thursday, March 27.

We are truly ecstatic to deliver this unprecedented access to Twins Baseball for our fans throughout Twins Territory all season long. We are grateful to our partners at Major League Baseball and excited to work with them on this new era of broadcast excellence in 2025 and beyond.”

Last year, Minnesota Twins fans that had cable subscriptions with Midco weren’t able to watch games for a majority of the season. Midco provided customers a $4 credit after a dispute with Diamond Sports Group, owner of what was formerly known as Bally Sports.

In October 2024, the Twins announced the contract with Bally Sports North had ended and they would switch to MLB’s direct-to-consumer streaming option.
