This is one thing that most of the fanbase seems to be clamoring for. The unfortunate part is that the available wide receiver list is slim pickings at the moment, and finding a realistic trade partner could be difficult at this point.
I’ve publicly been against giving another injury-prone receiver like Will Fuller a chance, but after seeing Jarvis Landry’s reasonable contract numbers from the Saints, Fuller’s could come cheaper than that.
Jarvis Landry’s deal with the Saints:

If that’s the case, I’d be okay with Tennessee giving someone like him a chance even if it’s still not my first choice.
But in my opinion, if the Titans are going to gamble on a talented and injured player who’s likely going to miss multiple games, my preference would be a difference-maker such as Odell Beckham Jr. on a reasonable two-year deal.

Beckham Jr. suffered a torn ACL in the Super Bowl and will miss at least some of the regular season.
As we saw last year, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine is capable of starting the season as a top-three wide receiver. The Indiana product showed plenty of flashes last year, but he is probably better suited to be a quality depth piece as opposed to being a featured weapon.
Westbrook-Ikhine and the other young wide receivers in the room would be able to fill the void until OBJ is healthy and ready for the second half of the season.
Also, a two-year deal would be ideal because it ensures that you likely get OBJ for the 2022 playoff push, and then you hopefully have a financially motivated and physically healthy Beckham Jr. for 2023, a year in which Tennessee could be starting a cheap and young quarterback if everything goes to plan.
There’s no replacing a phenomenal young talent like A.J. Brown, but a trio of Robert Woods, Burks, and OBJ is more than good enough to go compete for a championship with come playoff time.
Another trade scenario I would at least call about would be with the New Orleans Saints. After their recent additions of Landry, Chris Olave, and with Michael Thomas seemingly back healthy, Marquez Callaway and Tre’Quan Smith are now buried down the Saints’ depth chart.
Callaway is coming off a season in which he produced career-highs in receiving yards (698) and touchdowns (six). Smith, on the other hand, accounted for 377 yards and three touchdowns in 11 games.
There’s been no indication that either is available, but that would be a team I would at least be calling to see if they would be willing to part with either for a reasonable price.
Other available wide receivers include T.Y. Hilton, Marquise Goodwin, Cole Beasley, Julio Jones and Emmanuel Sanders.
It’s not exactly a group that provides a ton of inspiration, but Tennessee is in no position to be turning down any quality help out wide.
