Skies are hazy to clear to begin our Tuesday morning, as temperatures hold in the middle to lower 70s through the a.m. rush hour. Fourteen more school districts welcome back kids today and the bus stop forecast looks great!
This afternoon will be quite toasty, with another 90°+ day ahead (our third straight day), as sunshine holds through mid-afternoon. Winds will freshen a touch from the southwest at 7-13 mph, before the arrival of a cold front this evening. This front will bring a slight storm chance with a few possibly strong, especially east of Indianapolis. We will monitor as needed.
Cool changes take hold tomorrow, along with a drop in humidity, as winds turn breezy from the northeast at 10-15 mph. This will bring a refreshing change to the area, welcomed news!
The dry stretch is holding too and should take us right into the weekend and beyond.
