On Wednesday, police said it is believed Mr Crimo saw another 4 July celebration happening in Madison, Wisconsin, about 150 miles (240 km) northwest of the initial attack in the state of Illinois, which he “seriously contemplated” attacking, using a firearm he had with him in his car.
