HENDRICKS COUNTY, Ind. — The Hendricks County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that unfolded near Brownsburg Sunday night.
Public police reporting systems indicate deputies were called to 10634 Pollard Park — which is located just off East County Road 600 North — around 8:17 p.m. on a report of a person shot. Per an HCSO spokesperson, deputies located an individual who had sustained a gunshot wound when they arrived at the scene.
The sheriff’s office did not specify the extent of the victim’s injuries. As of 11:15 p.m., the sheriff’s office had not provided any additional details on the shooting.
FOX59 and CBS4 sent a crew to the scene, which was located near the Marion-Hendricks County line. Both the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department and HCSO were present at the scene.
